As far as I know, the entire show was considered for full release as part of the Bootleg series but was turned down and there are no plans at this time.

Some (Dylan Web site) buyers of the “No Direction Home” set in 2005 received a bonus disc of six Carnegie tracks in a separate sleeve. That CD had “advance sampler copy” stamped on the disc, leading to speculation that Carnegie could be the next Bootleg Series release.
