Three interesting silver releases are coming out this week. Rising Arrow will release Rainbow Emperor’s Blood (Rising Arrow-029). This is a two disc set documenting the December 2nd, 1976 Tokyo show on their first tour of Japan.
Pink Floyd Charade (Sigma 10) covers the Pavillion de Paris February 25th, 1977 show from the Animals tour. The source used for this release is the excellent sounding second generation tape that recently began to circulate among collectors. The two missing songs, “Have A Cigar” and “Wish You Were Here,” come from a different show however.
Led Zeppelin O2 is a silver DVD with an audience shot video tape of the December 10th, 2007 reunion gig. This look to be a different source than the popular Third Eye video.
