The Beatles Up On The Roof on the Apple Records label looks like an excellent edition of the January 30, 1969 rooftop concert on one CD.
Black Sabbath Sabbath Early Sabbath on the Hard Dawg Records label contains one disc of outtakes from 1969 to 1971, spanning the pre-Sabbath Earth day to the early sucess of the band.
The “Up On The Roof” CD looks great but it doesn’t help that there are a huge amount of variations of the show – Between Yellow Dog’s 2 CD complete, Vigotone’s amalgamation of the 4 camera angles and the previous other versions of just the one nagra reel that was recording then we’ve seen or heard this release time and time before.
