Godfather will release several interesting new titles. Elvis Presley That’s The Way It Was (GR 612/613) is a 2CD set with rehearsal tapes from July 24th, 1970.
Rory Gallagher An Irish Man On The Radio (GR 614) is a one disc title with various BBC recordings from 1971 to 1973.
Bruce Springsteen No Nukes (GR 615/616) contains a soundboard recording with Springsteen’s set from the No Nukes MUSE concert in New York on September 22nd, 1979.
Neil Young & The Trans World Band Like An Inca(GR 617/618) is a two disc release with the Viareggio show on September 11th, 1982. A rare release from his Trans period.
Cream Vintage Cream (GR 619) contains sessions from 1966. Godfather introduce two boxsets to their catalogue, a first for the label.
Bruce Springsteen The Unbroken Promise: Lighting Up The Darkness Sessions(GR BOX 01) contains three 2CD titles (for six total) documenting outtakes and alternate versions of songs from Darkness At The Edge Of Town. Also included are a forty-eight page booklet and a poster all in deluxe packaging.
Pink Floyd The Complete Rainbow Tapes(GR BOX 02) contains four 2CD titles (eight total) covering the famous four Rainbow shows in February, 1972. Godfather also include a twelve page miniature reproduction of the concert program and concert poster in a deluxe package. Since most of these shows have never been pressed before, this looks like an important Pink Floyd release. If you liked this review, buy me a cup of joe.
