There are two new Rolling Stones silver releases today on the TAKRL label.  This label picks up where the old SODD label ended.   

Altamont Speedway Free Festival (TARKL TCD 001 1/2) is a two disc set covering the December 6th, 1969 festival at Altamont.  The Idol Mind label were working on a version of this tape before they closed shop earlier this year.

Also coming out is EC Was Here (TARKL TCD 002 1/2).  This is a two disc set documenting the Stones’ June 22nd, 1975 New York show where Eric Clapton joined the band on the encore “Sympathy For The Devil.”  Like the recent Dog N Cat release, this uses the Maloney tape source posted online last June.
