Perhaps to coincide with the release of Bob Dylan’s new studio album Tempest, several new unofficial releases have been produced. Politics Of Sin (Chrome Horse CHR-05/06) documents the July 8th, 1981 show in Sweden during the European Gospel tour.
Night Before Hush (Chrome Horse CHR-07/08) contains the December 9th, 1978 show in Columbia, South Carolina.
And, in addition, Tarantura will be releasing a box set Live In Japan Second Day with two recordings (both by Mr. Peach) of the February 21st, 1978 show in Tokyo.

It’s a truly outstanding audience recoring on par if possibly even better than A Bird’s Nest In Your Hair and much more “alive” than the board from Drammen, Norway (In the Summertime). This one is REALLY enjoyable, and a contender for best show of the year – weren’t they all????!!! Sorry the comment area are closed |
