The Piccadilly Circus label will release Paul McCartney Complete Liverpool Sound Concert. This is a two disc set documenting his homecoming Liverpool Sound show at Anfield last Sunday. Taped by the same one who captured the Led Zeppelin reunion show in December and released on Wendy, this is sure to be a phenomenal sounding recording. The set list is unique too with the ultimate rarity “Hippy Hippy Shake” which The Beatles covered on the BBC, the live debut of “A Day In The Life” from Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, a new song called “In Liverpool,” and Dave Grohl as guest star on “Band On The Run,” “Back In The USSR,” and “I Saw Her Standing There.” Piccadilly Circus has announced that this title, which was going to be a two disc set with the audience recording, will now be a massive four CD and one DVD set. The four audio discs will have the audience and professional recording, and the DVD will have the television broadcast. 1) Complete Audience Recording 2CD Related posts:News and new releases Paul McCartney - Wings Flies Again! If they locate the sound check maybe we could have a 6 disc box set. But realistically , if the soundboard recording is in Stereo and not the mono stream do we really need a double disc of audience material. The artwork above is the fourth variation I have seen and with no DVD cat. No. I doubt it will be released in this form Sorry the comment area are closed |
