Anyone, such as Pookie, possibly have any Cream factory-pressed silver original audio-only CD’s (not DVD’s or any other video formats) that feature their farewell show(s) at the Royal Albert Hall in London, U.K. on Nov. 26th, 1968? I have the 1CD called “Three Wheels of Fire” on The Genuine Pig label (TGP-CD-126), but I’m looking for other versions, such as the 1CD called “Farewell Concert” on the Pigeon label (GIG-02), so if anyone, such as pookie, who may be able to help me in any way at all could let me know, it’ll be greatly appreciated – thanks. Yes, Pookie – as you may already know yourself by now, the Cream 6CD “North American Rendezvous” on the Mid Valley label has been out for at least a couple months now. I’m very much enjoying it, as well as the Derek & The Dominos 7CD “Into the Mystic” that was also released by Mid Valley – a few or several weeks ago.

Although I already had most of these non-Ke$ha tracks on the 2CD “Session Gears” on the Silver Horse label & the 2CD “All in a Tumble” on the Cross Border Records label, this digipak by Godfather is still very much worth it for me personally – great stuff. Total playing time is approx. 70:26. And it would be excellent if Godfather, or any other label that might be willing to, could do likewise for the studio material of the non-Ke$ha “Disraeli Gears” – and then maybe even “Wheels of Fire” after that.

I’m sorry – I guess I should have stated “Vintage Cream” comes from a great soundboard source and has been nicely remastered.

Very nice review of a first-rate release, slowhander. The recording quality is studio, and this release is one I’ll likely revisit quite a bit. That is, with the exception of “Coffee Song”, which has a 1960′s sound bearing no resemblance to the Cream I know.
