Several years ago Beano released the February 7th, 1983 show at the Cow Palace in Daly City, California on Speeding Down The Highway (Beano-015).  As a bonus, the label coupled that with a CDR called Rushing ‘Round with the St. Louis soundboard.

The start of this show, which included some permutation of “After Midnight,” “I Shot The Sheriff,” “Worried Life Blues,” “Crazy Country Hop” and “Crosscut Saw” is still missing as is the ending of “Blues Power,” but this new release has much clearer sound than the old CDR.  It’s good to finally see this tape on a silver disc.

This is worth having for Clapton collectors.

If you liked this review, buy me a cup of joe. (Suggested: $3 a shot or $7.5 for a double)
