I attended this show but it doesn't taint my opinion. Probably Bonzo and JPJ's best show from 1977. Jimmy's playing goes from fingers caught in the strings to inventive solos. TSRTS has the best overture ever to be heard with JPJ throwing metallic shards from the Alembic Bass never heard before or since, NFBM, IMTOD and Achilles could be included in the greatest live versions ever without much argument. NQ has rough moments but then turns into an elaborate improv. Jimmy spins and falls on his arse during the beginning of R&R and it is easily heard here. Trampled is the heaviest verion ever recorded, sludge hammer of the gods. This version can be called Whole Lotta Trampled Under Love due to it's plodding tempo and given that they started playing WLL the next night. It's difficult to compare Jimmy's playing during this show with any other, it's different. An enigmatic show.
