This is an absolutely amazing box! I am by no means a big Maiden fan, but simply couldn’t resist buying it when I saw it. And, boy am I happy I did! All the shows contained have been in my player frequently ever since!

Aye a great set…anyone know where online to buy original godfatherecords discs?? of course at reasonable cost. My dealer has quite a few but I only see him every couple of months and he sometimes doesn’t have what I’m looking for.

this is a wonderful box-set from godfather.

i have 2 other box-sets from them, but this is by far the nicest.

3 replicas of the tour programms (although i cant read any text – its too little for my eyes) from each tour. one very nicely done booklet with readable text.

the shows itself are awesome. the beast show nearly sounds like a soundboard. the second as well. i love the chatter from bruce between the songs. the english cupfinal replay seems to be at the same time as the concert. first bruce says he doesnt know anything about soccer but would prefer the underdogs brighton to win. at the end of the show he says that manu won 4-0 and asking if there are any manu-supporters in the audience – lol.

Well, we can add another excellent box set to the growing number in Godfather’s catalog. This set focuses on my personal favorite era for the band giving us three great shows in excellent sound and superb packaging. Every Maiden fan needs one of these. A big thank you to Godfather and to relayer for the excellent review.

Great review relayer67 of what is an essential item for any serious Maiden collector. Hats off to the Godfather for another great package. Just to clarify, the Oxford recording is NOT one of “Simons”, it is more than likely to be “Smilers” master which he shared on Dime.(All sources from this box have been on Dime, so no doubt Godfather grabbed them from there) Smiler also recorded the legendary Ipswich 83 show which both GF & Shades labels released.
