“Led One-Hour Radio Special” is the first release of the Playhouse Theatre show in London  on the 27th of June, 1969 which got it’s first broadcast on BBC 6 music earlier this month.

This recording is from the original analogue master. Not MP3 or WAV files. It gets it’s release on Tarantura’s offshoot label Boleskine House. It’s bound to sell out fast.

Buy the cd…this Zepp is BEYOND…meaning the sound quality and performance is blistering… ok,ok… i will review it; albeit nowhere worth carrying Gerard’s shoes in this particular field… still, i will at least review it.

Stuart -> is there any possibility to find a raw transfer of LZ’s BBC 6 transmission? Does it available anywhere still?

Google translated those two symbols in the Styx title as “Geisha”. Looking at Calm & Storm’s Memories In Paradise from the same date, it appears that Tarantura only released the second half of the show for some reason. The Aerosmith looks great.
