I have had The Swingin’ Pig “Live in Montreux 1971" for some twelve odd years and this release is a nice upgrade. Great to here the songs at the correct speed as the Swingin Pig title was SLOW. I totaly agree with the review, with so many boots having ASOS cut at the end it is nice to have a complete version in excellent quality even if the performance is just average.

Great review - thanks very much. Got mine a couple days ago (along with Rover's new "How Time Flies"), & couldn't help but notice that the total playing time of Disc 1 is 48:29, while Disc 1 of Highland's "Plays Montreux" version is 50:35. And Disc 2 runs 60:20, while the respective disc of "Plays Montreux" is 63:04.

I don't have The Swingin' Pig "Live in Montreux 1971", but according to what I know, all Oil Well releases of Floyd are re-releases of TSP's original titles that are pretty much identical. I have Oil Well's "White Witch", and it runs several percent too slow. It's total playing time is 66:03.

Also, I very much like the artwork, especially the front cover, of the new Sigma "Labyrinths" version.
