To draw a further meaningful distinction between the superiority of this Peach recording to DTB’s Surrender Documents soundboard, one need only listen to Blackmore’s crazy solo before the “A Light in the Black” snippet. The soundboard drops in and out while Peach captured everything, which was revealing to this listener after being frustrated a bit with the soundboard’s deficiencies. In short, any serious Rainbow collector need look no further than T’s release of a Peach recording.
