Van Halen didn’t always tune to standard pitch. If I had to guess I would say maybe Tarantura runs a tad fast while the Atomic Punks title may run a tad slow. It’s not that big of a deal so I wouldn’t let the speed issue keep you from picking this one up. I honestly didn’t notice that the speed may be off until I compared the two.

Is the +3% tape speed an issue for the better or worse would you say, or does it run at the correct speed compared to the earlier pressing of the show you mentioned? Wrong tape speeds are an irritant of mine!
