Two new releases have been announced from two different labels with regards to two of the 60′s biggest hit makers.

The Beatles “John Barrett Tapes Remastered” [ JPGR-1017/ 18 ] would appear to be the mass produced Barrett tapes from the late 1990′s but with a little polish and a buff.

The Rolling Stones “The Olympic Years 1967 – 1970″ [ SODD 139 ] features the Olympic tracks that, again, have been available for years to the bootleg world and, once again, we have to assume that these have been remastered for the new decade.
