I had seen them about a month before this at Kingston Polytechnic in Surrey England, in a hall that held about 500 people. They were fantastic. Jon Anderson wore a pair of blue boots with silver stars on them. The set on that occasion was the same as the Roundhouse performance, which was part of the ‘Camden Easter Festival’ and took place, I recollect, at the end of March 1971 on a Sunday rather than February. The Roundhouse was a fantastic place. I imagine it was similar to Bill Graham’s Fillmores. They played with real attack and Jon Anderson mentioned it was great to be performing in a bigger venue. Unfortunately I lost interest in them when they stopped doing great punchy -and short – songs, so I never saw them again.
