Paul McCartney – Budokan 2017 Original In Ear Monitor Recording (no label) is a triple disc set from Budokan, Tokyo, Japan on April 25th, 2017. Disc three comes from a soundcheck at Budokan on April 24th, 2017. Both are sourced from “Original IEM Recordings”.

Roger Waters – Kansas City 2017 (Sigma 183) is a 2CD set from the Sprint Center, Kansas City, MO on May 26th, 2017.

Pink Floyd – Sapporo 1972: Direct Reel Master (Sigma 184/185) is a 2CD set from Nakajima Sports Center, Sapporo, Japan on March 13th, 1972. This features two versions of the same tape source. Disc one contains the “Original” while disc two contains a “Remaster”.

Eric Clapton – Royal Albert Hall 2017 1st Night (Beano-147) is a 2CD set from the Royal Albert Hall, London, UK on May 22nd, 2017.

Whitesnake – Nagoya 1981 (Zodiac 253) is a 2CD set from Nagoya-shi Kokaido, Nagoya, Japan on June 27th, 1981.

The Michael Schenker Group – MSG: Tape One Studios Cassette Tape (Zodiac 074) is a single disc “Taken from the original “Tape One Studios” cassette tape belonged to Cozy Powell”. This also contains three “Original Demos 1981 – Taken from the original Maxell UD XL1 C60 “MSG/The 81 Selection” belonged to Cozy Powell”. This is the 2nd pressing of this particular title, note the low catalog number.

Rainbow – Death Alley Rock Fever: Kalamazoo 1982 (Black Box 016) is a single disc recorded at Wings Stadium, Kalamazoo, MI on May 15th, 1982.

Duran Duran – Live In Tokyo 1982 (Wardour-236) is a single disc from Nakano Sunplaza, Tokyo, Japan on April 28th, 1982.

  1. aleebee, I noticed the same thing when posting the update. Sigma doesn’t usually use multiple catalog numbers. Maybe they are preparing to re-release one of these as a single disc in the future hence the separate catalog numbers for “Original” and “Remaster”. Just a guess, of course.

  2. Has Sigma changed how it numbers releases? (‘Sapporo 1972′ being 184/185.)

    The Whitesnake Nagoya 1981 show has previously been released as the excellent “Come An’ Get Them” (2CD Langley-282), which I got in 2011. I can’t recall if I bought on release. I’ll be interested to hear this new Zodiac release.

    Not heard any Rainbow Kalamazoo ’82 tapes. Anyone have any comments, please? Ideally this actual release, but any general comments welcome too.
