It also contains bonus tracks from Johnstown, Pennsylvania and Winnipeg, Canada.
Down From The Castle (TMR 207/208) has the complete July 6th show in Bad Mergentheim, Germany along with bonus cuts from the July 3rd show in Dresden on 2CDs
