New Empress Valley DVD boxed set – ‘History Lesson’.

The biggest news on the (Bootleg) internet this past week has been Empress Valley’s Led Zeppelin boxed set, ‘History Lesson’. A 6 dual layered DVD set that features a great heft of broadcast, pro-shot and audience recorded footage from the gestation of the band from 1968 to 2016 – all presented in chronological order.
Some of the material will be familiar to collectors, some of it will be much more rare / unseen or upgraded.
There’s also a bonus 7th DVD featuring solo Jimmy Page footage recorded between 1958 – 2016.

Another winning title from the Empress label!

  1. I agree with Ledman, highly recommended. As with much of the 8mm footage is fragmentary but the quality on most is the best I have seen and and the sync jobs are well done, where applicable. Having pretty much every known piece of footage collected into one set is quite nice, the interviews are nice as well, a very comprehensive set by EVSD. I also found the price to be very reasonable, All I can say is for the Zeppelin fan, this is a must have
