This is a release coming out by Wanderlust, the yakuza responsible for Wendy, Misterclaudel and Piccadilly Circus. This contains material related to Jimmy Page’s time in the Yardbirds. The problem though is this release contains some material from the BBC that has been officially and is still available, which makes this, not a bootleg, but a pirate release and should be avoided at all cost.
