The Godfather label announced their April releases today.  A Memory Frozen Forever (GR 265/266) is a two disc set of Led Zeppelin’s final concert on July 7th, 1980 in Berlin.  This uses the soundboard and the excellent audience recording to fill the gaps.

Pink Floyd Wishes, Echoes, And Desires (GR 267/268) is a two disc set with the amazing quality audience recording from the June 17th, 1975 at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale on Long Island.

Bruce Springsteen Does This Bus Stop At Max’s? (GR 269) is a one disc set with the January 31st, 1973 Max’s Kansas City soundboard.

Apocalypse Sound released Prince Livesexy (AS 136) with the September 8th, 1988 Dortumund, Germany television broadcast.

The Beatles Many Years From Now…You Still Need Us (AS 138) collects early Beatles television broadcasts on one DVD.

Tarantura released Led Zeppelin Kurofune.  This is a five disc set with two sources for the September 29th, 1971 Osaka show.  Limited to one hundred numbered copies, this is already sold out.  We’ll have a review next week when it arrives here.

And finally Mid Valley released Eric Clapton Get Laid, Get Fucked.  This is a two disc set with the July 12th, 1974 Boston show that was released several months ago by Beano.

  1. The Led Zeppelin “A Memory Frozen Forever’ has a very natural sound with smooth transitions.
