There are many new releases this week to announce. The prolific Godfather label have four new titles coming out soon.
Bruce Springsteen A Good Job In The City (GR 390/391) is a two disc soundboard recording from the April 16th, 2009 Los Angeles show.
Genesis Forwards, Backwards(GR 392) with three BBC recordings from Genesis’ Nursery Cryme era.
Green Day Silence Is The Enemy (GR 393) is a one disc set with the Cologne soundboard from last month with bonus material.
U2 Dream It All Up Again (GR 394/395) contains a soundboard from the December 27th, 1989 Dublin with bonus tracks from the other Dublin shows.
Two new interesting titles have come out recently. Boogie Mama released Led Zeppelin One More For The Road which contains the wild New York evening show on September 19th, 1970.
Refine Masters, a label dedicated to the best sounding tapes, issued The Eagles The L.A. Long Run. This is a two disc soundboard recording of the March 4th, 1980 Los Angeles show.
Tarantura released another Eric Clapton show (and we can’t get enough Clapton!). Blues Reversion – His Alibi For The First Nightis one of the early Mr. Krypton DAT recordings. Taped on December 4th, 1990, the recording also contains the pre and post concert announcements and sounds.
Apocalypse Sound have three DVDs out now as well.
AC/DC Vibrations From The Floor (AS 172) contains the July 5th, 1996 VH1 pro-shot video and the Monsters Of Rock in Moscow from 1991.
U2 Sketches From Zoo TV(AS 173) contains many different videos from the Zooropa era in 1992 and 1993.
Iron Maiden Return Of The Beast(AS 174) contains the March 2009 Buenos Aires pro-shot video.
Genesis Forwards, Backwards will have three radio sessions on one disc. It will have the January 9th, 1972 taped at Kensington House in Shepherd’s Bush, BBC Paris Studios from March 2nd, 1972, and finally “Twilight Alehouse” from the September 25th, 1972 BBC session.
