Michael Jackson’s HIStory World Tour started on September 7th, 1996 in Prague and ened more than a year later. Jackson played 82 concerts to over 5 million fans and it remains the biggest told tour any performer has ever done.
He played is first and only shows in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia with two dates in the 40,000 capacity Merdeka stadium. The first of the two shows, on October 27th, was broadcast. The released songs only goes up to “Dangerous,” missing the last 2 songs “Off the Wall Medley” and “Come Together/D.S.” The sound quality is excellent, a very clear and enoyable document from Jackson’s final tour.
