Independence Concert contains two CDs and one DVD.  The CD is the soundtrack for the television broadcast found on the DVD in very good quality.  It is unfortunately marred by an announcer speaking in Ukranian with the voice of Dracula to translate Paul’s words from the stage.  The DVD is good but of fuzzy quality making it difficult to watch.  Given the annoying announcer, an audience recording would have been a better idea than the video soundtrack and this release by Piccadilly Circus can be safely ignored.
