I’m eagerly anticipating the review for that Cream show in Connecticut as well, as I’m betting it’ll be very interesting – even the pet dogs & cats owned by Kate Walsh & Olivia Wilde would likely agree.
FYI-The original Oakdale Theatre was “in-the-round” . It rotated , so that the entire audience always had a chance of seeing the acts Head-on. Would not call it an outdoor venue, large panels/windows were opened during the hot summer months for ventilation around the back rows.
The Ginger Baker cover shot is Oakdale.
The photos for this release are indeed from the same Oakdale concert.
I’m very curious about the Cream release. The Oakdale was an “in-the-round”, outdoor venue; makes me wonder if the photo on the cover is from the Oakdale. Can’t wait for the review!
