new releases by Godfather Records!

Godfather have four new titles available.  Kiss What Goes On Behind Closed Doors (GR 798/799) is a 2CD title containing unreleased outtakes and demos from 1972 to 1989 on disc one and the original Wicked Lester album on disc two.  

Bruce Springsteen Twist And Shush (GR 800) contains various tracks from 2012 from soundboard sources including his set with Paul McCartney in Hyde Park.   

Bob Dylan The Day Of Wine And Roses (GR 801/802) covers the July 16th, 2002 show in Barolo, Italy with bonus tracks from Nimes and Bayonne in France.  

And finally, Neil Young Welcome To London, Ladies And Gentlemen (GR 803/804) covers the November 10th, 1973 show at the Royal Festival  Hall in London during one of Young’s darkest hours.  Godfather include two bonus tracks from the November 5th Rainbow Theatre gig in London.

  1. My heart sang when I saw that Milton Glasier tribute on the Dylan sleeve. I just hope that the sound is just as effective.

  4. Important to note is that this WICKED LESTER is an ALL NEW and never released version. This is the original final mix of the album inlcuding overdubs etc. that was used for 2 songs on the official KISS Boxset back in 2001. Forget the rehearsal and demo versions that are out already since the mid 90’s like Wicked Lester Sessions 1 & 2. This is a totally different experience!
