Notes accompanying the announcement state: “On this brand new CD you will find 17 great tracks that, for the greater part, has never been out on a silver pressed disc before. A compilation for the avid Bowie fan/collector in perfect sound quality including extensive liner notes describing track by track. This CD will be a welcome addition to all the earlier released rare tracks CDs”.
