The Wardour label have two interesting titles coming out next week. Robert Plant Swing And Sway (Wardour-077) is a four disc set with the February 20th, 1984 Osaka show and the February 22nd, 1984 Aichi concert from the original master tapes.
Queen Breathtaking Beauty (Warour-078) contains the February 9th, 1977 Boston Garden show. Utilized is the new 81 minute superb sounding stereo recording of the show from the beginnign thoguh “Liar.” The Queen Live website describes this tape:
“Taped from the front row…In glorious stereo sound, it is easily the best-sounding audience tape of Queen from 1977. The channel separation in Brian and Freddie’s solo spots is nothing short of exquisite.”
This comes with a limited bonus CDR “Multitracks Sampler.”
Judas Priest Fast And Furious (Shades 200) contains the September 13th, 1984 show from the Budokan in Tokyo.
