As Wgpsec mentioned in his announcement, there were bound to be more releases of the Rolling Stones Far East shows .. here are three more;
All in uniformly generic / uninspiring covers (The no label gang managed it a little better), “14 on Fire Tour in Abu Dhabi”, “Stones Addict #1 – Tokyo” and “Stones Addict #2 -Tokyo” feature shows from the “14 and counting” tour of 2014. All produced in tandem with Xavel who have helped at mastering these shows for release
The Abu Dhabi show was recorded at the du Arena at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on the 21th February 2014. The initial copies of this tile come complete with 2 CDRs of the Fort Worth show in 1972.
The first Tokyo show took place at the Tokyo Dome, Tokyo on the 26th of February 2014 with the audience vote track being “Bitch”.
The second Tokyo show was on the 4th of March 2014, “Silver Train” was played by request tonight with a little help from Mick Taylor.
The label have also released a massive 10 CD boxed set from Paul McCartney’s “Driving Japan” tour in 2002. All recordings from the full set of shows on the 11th, 13th, 14th, 17th and 18th of November that year.
