Due to the success of the previous volumes of the HMC Gazettes, a new Lennon comp has been announced today.
“Holy Grails, Upgrades and Reconstructions” is the first in a new series of releases focusing on John’s solo years and will bring us all brand new material and upgrades for existing releases alongside reconstructions to make the material complete. This set focuses on the beginning of John’s residency in New York City. The DVD featuring rehearsal footage, interviews, news reports and footage from the Jerry Lewis MDA, labor day telethon featuring John, Yoko and the Elephants Memory Band (See the track list below!)
“Beeb Upgrade Collection” appears to be another upgrade from the bi-annual release of new and better or more complete versions of the Beatle’s BBC appearances from the early 1960’s (Goodness help the producer that decides to compile a boxed set!)
