Edging closer to the summer, the new boots keep coming out with a strong regularity.

There are 4 Beatles DVDs firstly, “The Beatles Beat: Recovered Archives 1962 / ’64”, “Too Much Monkey Business: Recovered Archives 1962 / ’64”, “The Beatles Come To Town! Recovered Archives 1963” and “Around The World: Recovered Archives 1964” are compilations of news / conference / live, etc footage each c. 100 minutes each and promising newly found footage and upgrades. These do appear to be silver pressed versions of freely available download compilations available from 2013 however.Monkey

George Harrison featuring Eric Clapton and his band feature on Smilin’ Ears “Rock Legends”, the label, a subsidiary of Brigend Records, uses a two CD set from the gig on the 14th of December, 1991 at the Tokyo Dome also including a DVD of the whole show.

Graff Zeppelin give us, ‘Burn Like A Candle’. A 3 CD set of possibly one of the 5 biggest Led Zepp bootlegs all from, the label announce, from brand new masters, not internet downloaded sources.

This version also comes with a double sided posted featuring William Stout’s original artwork and is individually numbered and limited to 200 copies.

Finally, two new releases on the Rocket Ride label, “St Jakobs Panzer Angriff Basel 1983” is Kiss’ show at the St.Jacobshalle, Basel Switzerland, November 3rd, 1983 and as a bonus features a handful of ‘Lick It Up’ demos as bonus tracks.

Ace Frehleys Comet feature on “Real Live One Chicago 1987”, a single CD recording from the Aragon Ballroom, Chicago IL, USA, September 4th 1987. This also features an acoustic version of ‘2000 Man’ as a bonus track.

  1. Misterclaudel had a series of four DVDs entitled Recovered Archives. Wonder if these are a copy of that release?
