The Japanese Tarantura label have recently announced their late August releases.
The first is a Kiss 2 CD set, “Animalized Kingdom” featuring FM broadcasts of two of the bands “Animalized” tour dates in Britain. The first show comes from the Glasgow Apollo in Scotland on the 5th of October 1984 while the second disk features the show from the Gaumont Theatre, Ipswich on the 10th of October.
The set is limited to 100 copies only.
The labels second release is “One Night In A Judo Arena”, a Rolling Stones release from the Forty Licks stop off at the Nippon Budokan, Tokyo on Monday 10th of March, 2003.
The show has seen releases by the Exile, Silverdisk, Vinyl Gang, Pignose, SYLP and SODD labels with partial segments lifted from a soundboard however ,the label assures us this is one of the best recordings available. It is limited to 200 copies.
Future releases from the label are set to include Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young and Gregg Allman.
