The Goldplate label have announced today two new classics titles, remastered and revised;
“Live At The El Mocambo” features the available recordings from one of the favourites of the Stones club gigs at the El Mocambo tavern in Toronto, Canada on the 4th and 5th of March,1977. A mixture of newly found sources mixed with the best of the sources before, results in the best version ever.
Keith Richards, “The Complete Honeymoon Tapes” is, as the legend suggests, a collection of home recordings from the Finisterra hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico c. December 1983 after Keef’s marriage to Patti Hansen on the 18th of that month.
The tracks take in Jagger / Richards originals, improvisations and other tracks that have inspired the guitarist through out his career.
