Just prior to the big re-issue launch comes a rip of the blue label, Atco mono release of Led Zepp’s first album.
By all accounts, according at least to some internet auction watches, the LP isn’t as rare as this hubris behind this release might suggest. We assume it will be from a mint condition copy.
Tarantura’s Led Zepp release this month is “Is One For The M6?”, A title with a nod to the British motorway that runs between Rugby and Carlisle, threading through Liverpool where this soundboard is from.
Recorded on Sunday the 14th of January, 1973 at the Liverpool Empire, Tarantura presents the show over 3 disks but pushes down the price by offering the third disk as a bonus.
They have taken their now, almost standard route of releasing the show as an edition of 150 with 50 of each sporting different jackets and stickers.

It’s about the same except T2K is more EQ’d. Get raw sbd from torrent if you want to listen untempered warm transfer or eventually try to pick up Godfather’s Winter UK 1973 tour – it’s mastered but in a good way (at least IMHO).
does anyone know how the “Is One For The M6” Liverpool show compare to the HEN stereo soundboard release One For The M6, http://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-One-For-The-M6/release/2620151 or even the recently released 3 LP box set Fab 4 Liverpool? http://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Fab-4-Liverpool/release/5673325?ev=item-vc
