It features Springsteen’s set at the charity gig in the Tokyo Dome in Japan on September 27th, 1988 and serves as a compliment to Human Rights Now! (Virtuoso 121), Peter Gabriel’s set earlier that evening released last year at this time.
The 2CD set covers Springsteen’s set plus the show’s finale with Gabriel, Tracy Chapman and Youssou N’Dour joining the E Street Band for several cover tunes at the end.
