I seem to be caught in some strange kind of time warp where all the same stuff keeps being released time after time. I long for something NEW.
The KBFH broadcasts have also been released on the Moonchild label along with the first part that is primarily ‘The Brussels Affair’. I’m hoping that LeedsLungs71 will review the both of them.
I would enjoy reading his take on these releases as well. I am enjoying the El Macambo CD he reviewed. The best Brussels ’73 imho is the 3CD set put out by Mayflower a few years ago. The sound is great with beautiful stereo separation and best yet it contains the full second show remastered for the Stones vault release. And the darn thing cost me way less than half of $700.00 they wanted for one of the limited edition box sets.
